Private Dog Training Lessons
1 Hour Lessons
Dog training lessons are an hour long and typically held once per week. These one-on-one lessons can help mimic the training of a board and train style program you are looking for without having to send your pet away.
On-Site Training at Lovedog
· 3 sessions for $300
· 5 sessions for $500
· 10 sessions for $900
· 20 sessions for $1600
In-Home Private Training
· 3 sessions for $500
· 5 sessions for $700
· 10 sessions for $1300
· 20 sessions for $2400
The first step to getting started with training is to set up an evaluation. This is where we meet you and your dog(s), discuss training goals and recommend the best training plan moving forward.
From there, your dog trainer will come to your home, meet you at our facility, or somewhere out in public to train. They will work hands-on with your dog(s) and everyone involved in your pet’s daily life.
Canine Good Citizen Test
The CGC is a 10-skill test through the American Kennel Club that teaches good manners to dogs and responsible dog ownership to their owners. Rick, along with a few of our trainers, are AKC approved CGC evaluators.
The CGC title is a prerequisite for many therapy dog certifications, as well as a great introduction to more advanced dog sports and activities.
